Pit Pastor Rich Troyer will be bringing this series at the request of individuals who have had a desire to know more about God and the Bible. Our hope at TXO is that it will help each person who attends these sessions to understand more fully the incredible love and the amazing grace extended to all of mankind through a holy and generous God. Who is God? How many true Gods are there? If there is only one God, then why do Christians say Jesus is God? What’s the best way to learn the truth about God? What are some things the Bible tells us about God? Can anyone really understand God?

How did the universe get started? Where did the first man and woman come from? Where did these people live? What was their relationship to the rest of creation? What responsibilities did God give them? What difference does it make that our world was created by God rather than formed by accident or chance?

 

SESSION 4:   RED BUD MX   October 15, 2011   7:00 PM ABOUT WHAT WENT WRONG…

What command did God give the first people He made? Did they obey God’s command? What happened when they made this choice? But what does their sin have to do with us? Is everyone guilty and sinful before God? If God really loves us, can’t He simply overlook the fact that we are sinners?
